Hey guys we are going to go
find some information on the internet. You will have to click on the
assignment and then follow the directions to complete it in time.
- Introduction Lets: From here you
will be directed to various car manufacturing sites that will help you
research and complete the web quest sheet. This will give you some
ideas that can be used in your vehicle design. You will receive a grade
for this and you can find a grading rubric by clicking
here.
- Task: After you have
completed and filled out the information for the Web Quest you will have
to build your own car. You and your team will build a racer.
- Process: You will
now test your ability to work as a team and become part of a racing team.
You will have the ability to create your own racer and see how fast you
can make it go during the time trials. After day one you will have a
chance to modify your vehicle to make it go faster and farther. Good luck.
- Evaluation: Once you have
completed all hand outs and have a working vehicle you can view or
download the evaluation sheet to see how your team will receive its grade.
